  • Proof-of-Growth™ analytics
  • Investor, mentor, or partner programs
  • Premium subscriptions or paid experiences

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

By using Ghaleo™, you represent that:

  • You are legally able to enter into these Terms
  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You will comply with applicable laws and regulations

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. AI-Generated Experiences & Disclaimers

Ghaleo™ uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate mentor interactions and experiences.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Mentor avatars are AI-generated systems
  • Responses may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or errors
  • AI interactions are informational and educational in nature
  • Ghaleo™ does not guarantee outcomes, success, or results
  • Users remain fully responsible for their own decisions and actions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Ghaleo™ does not provide:

  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Medical advice
  • Mental health treatment
  • Licensed professional services

You should consult qualified professionals before making significant legal, financial, medical, or business decisions.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

Some mentor avatars may be based on real individuals, licensed expertise, or intellectual property contributed by mentors, creators, or organizations.

Ghaleo™ does not guarantee:

  • Availability of any specific mentor
  • Accuracy of mentor-generated responses
  • Ongoing access to particular mentor avatars

Additional mentor or creator agreements may apply to participating contributors.
